These ceremonies apply mostly to same sex couples and are a recognition and acknowledgement of the importance of a couples relationship and dedication to each other.
They wish to acknowledge their love and commitment to each other and the time they have spent together, and to have ceremony recognising this with their families and friends present. A certificate is presented to the happy couple.
